Located in Jakarta, Cikarang, Cikupa, Surabaya, Semarang, Batam and Balikpapan, we are looking for suitable candidate to fill the position as our:
SALES ADMIN (CIKUPA)

Responsibilities :

Support sales department by providing professional administration services
Prepare quotation, sales order, invoice, delivery order, shipping instruction, etc.
Providing support to sales department in sourcing material locally and abroad
Prepare periodic sales report to management
Maintain general filing systems and file correspondence

Requirements :

Female, max 30 years old
Minimum SMU/SMK or D3 in related major
Minimum 4-5 years experience in sales administration / sales support
Well understand about sales administration process and procedure
Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in English both oral and written
Able to operate computers and excellent in using MS office programs
Have address at West Jakarta will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of correspondence, filling and administration
Well organized, efficient, methodical in documentation and administration job
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, strong organizing skills and control
